About Us

Haley McCarthy, LPC, LMHC

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience in many challenging settings with a variety of age groups and cultures. I have provided individual and family counseling in outpatient clinics as well as school-based counseling for students k-12. I have worked in depth with children, adolescents, young adults as well as adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, ADHD, OCD, ODD, and ASD.

I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion and I do not label my clients. I meld aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy in my therapeutic approach.

If you or your loved one are ready to begin therapy, I am here to support you, work with you, and stand by your side as your ally. My counseling style is a warm, inviting, collaborative approach with my clients in order to reach their goals. Each of my sessions are tailored specifically to the client to meet their personal goals.

Jaclyn Conrad, LPC

II am a Board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults facing a wide range of issues and concerns, including anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, stress, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. I approach therapy from a Person-Centered perspective and utilize interventions primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while integrating additional evidence-based treatment interventions and techniques best suited for each client and their particular problem.

I believe therapy to be a meaningful relationship between two people and present as my most authentic self, as I am first and foremost, a human being just like you. My goal is to help clients navigate their problems and equip them with healthy practical strategies that will enhance their overall well-being and mental health.

I view clients as experts of their own lives and focus on the whole person, not just the ailment. I aim to motivate and empower clients to reach their personal goals by providing an encouraging, understanding, and affirming space to collaborate. If you choose to work with me, I will assist you through your journey of self-exploration, healing, and growth.

Melissa Avery, LPC

As a dedicated psychotherapist, I believe in the transformative power of genuine connection and collaboration between therapist and client. My approach to therapy is characterized by interactivity, empathy, and support, viewing the therapeutic journey as a creative process shared between co- partners.

In my practice, I prioritize establishing a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can freely explore their challenges, needs, and goals. I deeply believe in the inherent strength within each individual, and my goal is to facilitate the discernment and utilization of that strength throughout their journey of self-discovery. During our sessions, we will cultivate an atmosphere of acceptance and safety, with the overarching objective of nurturing greater self-awareness, emotional comfort, and fulfillment in relationships.

My therapeutic approach integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), particularly effective for trauma and PTSD. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary setting, and social anxiety, I emphasize collaboration to improve relationships, manage stress, regulate emotions, and explore core beliefs as well as teaching skills for navigating life's challenges. Together, we'll embark on a journey of healing and growth toward a more fulfilling, authentic life.

Arianna Denison, LPC

Hi there! I’m Arianna, a master’s level therapist, and I have a special interest

working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults struggling with

body image issues, life stage transitions, trauma, relationships, and anxiety. I

show up as a human first and believe that in order to create a space in which

my clients feel safe showing up as their authentic selves, I need to first show

up as my authentic self. I seek to help the client get a better understanding of

themselves and meet their inner selves with compassion and non-judgement.

I use an eclectic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy,

narrative therapy, and strength based approaches to create an approach that

is as unique as the client. I strive to create a safe environment that

emphasizes the therapeutic relationship to meet my clients where they’re at

and help them heal themselves.

Devin Wilcox, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a welcoming and collaborative space where individuals from all backgrounds can engage meaningfully with their mental health. I bring experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as training in addictions counseling and experience supporting couples. My work both within and beyond the mental health field informs my person-centered approach, which is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to meaningful, lasting change.
My areas of focus include work-related stress, life transitions, and supporting individuals navigating neurodiversity, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and adjustment challenges. I strive to empower clients by integrating evidence-based interventions, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based practices.
I believe in the dignity, resilience, and self-determination of every person I work with. My style is both compassionate and thoughtful—anchored in the belief that effective therapy is a collaborative process where insight and action come together to support personal growth and healing.

Maddie Ritts, LAPC

Hello! My name is Madeline and I’m a pre-licensed therapist. I truly love what I do, and I'm a firm believer that the best therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach to therapy integrates evidence based techniques with being human.

I prioritize creating a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space for my clients, because what good is therapy if you can’t be yourself? I do my best to meet my clients where they’re at, meaning we can go at your own pace when it comes to addressing life's challenges. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to help them move closer to a more fulfilling life, because after all, you know yourself best.

I utilize an integrative approach in the therapy space, consisting of Person Centered, Behavioral, and Trauma Informed techniques. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through Chester County, which has helped me work with individuals who experience big emotions, self-harm destructive behaviors, suicidal ideation, identity struggles, and adverse experiences.

After years working in Community Mental Health, I have experience with both individual and group therapy, working with diverse populations including folks working through complex trauma, family and relationship conflict, identity challenges, and emotion dysregulation while working against systemic barriers that prevent individuals from making progress.

I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, self-harm and other destructive behaviors, relationship challenges, boundary setting, life transitions, and chronic health challenges.

If you’re looking for therapy that is more than just head nods, therapy that feels human, we might be a good fit! I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. .
